Chinese hardware manufacturer Chuwi has this week
unveiled a new addition to their range of mini PC systems in the form of the
Chuwi HiGame mini PC which will soon be available to back via an Indiegogo
crowdfunding campaign. The new gaming mini PC system measures 6.8 x 6.2 x 2.9
inches in size and comes equipped with an Intel Core i5-8305G quad-core
processor supported by AMD Radeon RX Vega M GL graphics.
Other specifications of the new Chuwi HiGame mini PC
include 8GB of DDR4 memory and 128GB of solid state storage for the base
system. But both components can be upgraded thanks to the inclusion of 2 SODIMM
slots, an M.2 PCIe x4 SSD slot, and a 2.5 inch SATA 6.0 GB/s drive bay. Chuwi
has also included support for 4K 60 Hz video decoding and 802.11ac WiFi and
Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity.
Other features of the Chuwi HiGame gaming PC include
2 x HDMI 2.0, 2 x DisplayPort 1.3, Gigabit Etherent, 5 x USB 3.0 and Mic and
headphone jacks. Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide
availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to
light and the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign launches, we will keep you
