Biostar has introduced a new motherboard to their
range in the form of the Racing X470GT8 which offers a full ATX motherboard
equipped with a AMD X470 chipset, supporting second generation AMD Ryzen
processors, Pinnacle Ridge and Raven Ridge. As far as features are concerned
the new Biostar Racing X470GT8 motherboard is equipped with Iron Slot
Protection that offers reinforced PCI-E x16 slots to protect heavier graphics
cards from bending as well as IR digital power to provide the highest
performance and superior stability.
Other features include connections via USB 3.1 Gen 2
(Type A + C), Iron Slot Protection, and Advanced VIVID LED DJ for more RGB
lighting control. Together with technology to support charging via QC2.0 to
help the battery of smart devices, including smart phone, tablet, and Bluetooth
speakers, with faster charging time. As well as 2x 5050 LED headers to bring
more colourful lighting options and M.2 Protection for the chip area and M.2
with stable operation and long lifespan.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or
worldwide availability has been released as yet by Biostar, but as soon as
