If like me you like the idea of a paperless office
and digital note taking and sketching, but sometimes yearn for the feel of ink
on paper. You may be interested to know that iconic notebook maker Moleskine
has unveiled their latest smartphone connected pen, in the form of the Pen+
Ellipse.
Which allows you to sketch on paper using the specially designed
Moleskine notebooks and review your sketches, notes and diagrams on your
smartphone, tablet or computer using a companion smartphone application.
The Moleskine Pen+ Ellipse simultaneously transforms
your written word or sketches into digital copies providing the “natural
immediacy of expressing yourself on the pages of a notebook with all the
advantages of borderless digital creativity” says Moleskine. Watch the video
below for a quick overview of what can be accomplished using the Moleskine Pen+
Ellipse smart pen.
Following the “Moleskine aesthetical ethos”, the
Pen+ Ellipse shares the rectangular silhouette of Moleskine Classic Pens with
rounded, soft edges and a clip allowing you to easily slot the pen onto any
Moleskin notepad.
