HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston today, has
launched the HyperX Cloud Alpha which comes with HyperX Dual Chamber technology
for better sound and less distortion. It features 50mm drivers, which when
combined with the dual chamber design, it allows HyperX to tune the bass
frequencies separate from the mids and highs, creating a dynamic sound.
The headset comes with HyperX signature memory foam,
pliable leatherette, and an expanded headband to fit a wider range of gamers.
The aluminum frame features a unique accent design and has a detachable cable
with in-line audio control to adjust volume and mute microphone on the cable. Another
good thing about the headset is that it is compatible with PC, PS4, PS4 Pro,
Xbox One, Xbox One S, Mac, Mobile, Nintendo Switch, and others.
The headset is Discord, and TeamSpeak certified, has
dynamic 50mm with neodymium magnets with a frequency response of 13Hz–27,000Hz,
65 Ω impedance. It comes with the sound pressure level of 98dBSPL/mW at 1kHz.
The headset weighs 298g, and weight with mic and cable is around 336g. It comes
with polar pattern Noise-cancelling and frequency response 50Hz–18,000 Hz with
43dBV Sensitivity.
The HyperX Cloud Alpha headset will be available at
all leading online and retail stores across India starting from March 26, 2018
at a price of Rs. 10,499.
