A new high-powered fanless gaming mini PC will be
launching via the Kickstarter crowdfunding website later this month and will be
available to back from February 24th, 2018 onwards. The Compulab Airtop2 Inferno
is a silent gaming PC equipped with an unlocked Intel Core-i7 7700K processor
supported by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics with the ability for owners to
install up to 64GB DDR4 2400 RAM.
Other features of the mini gaming PCs include 2 x
NVMe + 4x 2.5″ SSD / HDD, 2 x USB 3.1 + 7 x USB 3.0, dual LAN and front (and
back) audio connections to name a few. If you are already sold on the new
gaming mini PC and are quite happy to have a Compulab Airtop2 Inferno system
equipped with an Intel Core i7-7700 processor they are now available to
purchase directly from the company’s online store priced from US$ 1,335 ahead of
the companies Kickstarter campaign.
Compulab is also launching a non-Inferno compact
mini PC with a design similar to that of its predecessor and equipped with
support for up to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or Quadro P4000 graphics card.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been
released as yet for the other systems in the range, but expect them to be quite
costly so start saving your hard earned cash now, but as soon as information
comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
