Those of you in the market for a new computer
speaker system may be interested to know that Razer has this week made
available its new Razer Nommo, Razer Nommo Pro and Nommo Chroma computer
speakers. Which are now available to purchase priced from US$ 100 upwards. The
Razer Nommo are priced at US$ 99.99 or € 109.99 while the Razer Nommo Chroma are
priced at US$ 149.99 and finally the Razer Nommo Pro is priced at a heftier US$ 499.99.
The Razer Nommo Pro computer speaker system offers a
premium 2.1 speaker design to provide a “uniquely powerful audio experience
with great range, depth and clarity” says Razer. The system is THX Certified
and is fitted with Dolby Virtual Speaker technology to add an extra layer of
immersion with simulated 5.1 surround sound. Connections on the system include
a USB, Optical, Bluetooth and 3.5-millimeter jack and the Dupont Kevlar coated
driver’s are combined with independent silk-woven tweeters per satellite and a
cylindrical downward firing subwoofer.
All speakers are connected to the Razer Nommo Pro
control pod desires easy access to volume, source controls and a headphone
jack, EQ settings and bass levels. The Razer Nommo Pro is powered by Razer
Chroma, affording a choice of over 16.8 million colours. Also during CES 2018
Razer announced a partnership with Phillips to integrate support for their Hue
lighting which can also now be synchronised using the Razer Chroma lighting
suite.
The More affordable Razer Nommo has been designed to
provide users with an everyday 2.0 speaker systemwith Custom Woven Glass Fiber
3 Inch drivers and elongated rear-firing bass ports. As well as featuring bass
control with Automatic Gain Control to help maintain integrity of bass.
