iVoomi is now gearing up to
launch two new smartphones in the Indian market. Ahead of the official launch,
online retailer Flipkart has listed the company’s two new phones — iVoomi i1
and iVoomi i1s.
The device brings some exciting features such as a
full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio and dual camera setup, at an
entry-level price point. Both the device will be available for purchase from
10th January and will be available in two colour options — Jet Black and
Platinum Gold. The iVoomi i1 is priced at Rs. 5,999 while the iVoomi i1s costs
Rs. 7,499. However, the i1s will be available at a price of Rs. 6,999 in the
first flash sale.
The only difference between both devices is the
memory configuration. Other than that, everything else remains same. The
devices feature a 5.45-inch HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood,
the phones are powered by MediaTek MT6737M processor. While the i1 comes with
2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage, the i1S packs 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal
storage. Both the devices come with a microSD card slot, allowing users to
further expand the storage capacity up to 128GB.
The devices come with a dual
camera setup on the back. It features a 13-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel
camera sensor, along with an LED flash and autofocus. There is also an
8-megapixel front-facing camera sensor for taking selfies.
There is also a fingerprint sensor placed on the
back side, just below the camera module, for added security. The iVoomi i1 and
i1s run Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box and there is no
information available regarding the software update.
Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE,
VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port. The devices are
powered by a 3,000mAh battery which should provide enough power to last for a
day.
