Hyper has launched a new iPhone wireless charger and
USB-C Hub this week in the form of the aptly named HyperDrive USB-C Hub, which
has already raised over US$ 300,000 thanks to over 2400 backers, with still 33
days remaining on the Kickstarter campaign. The “award-winning” 8-in-1 USB-C
hub offers superfast 7.5W Qi wireless charging for both the latest Apple
iPhones and Android devices and provides a handy smartphone stand in the
process.
Equipped with low-temperature charging the
HyperDrive wireless charging hub helps keep the iPhone isolated from any heat
generated thanks to its aluminium construction enabling the wireless charger to
provide efficient power while managing heat dispensation. The HyperDrive USB-C
Hub is equipped with a retractable cable that can quickly transform a single
USB-C port into eight connections taking the form of 4K HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet,
microSD, SD, 3 x USB 3.1 and USB-C power delivery. As well as supporting 5, 10
and 15W high speed Android wireless charging.
The HyperDrive wireless charging hub is now
available to back from just US$ 99 with worldwide shipping expected to take place
during May 2018. For more information, specifications and a list of all
available pledges jump over to the official HyperDrive USB-C Hub Kickstarter
