Recently, Sony just expanded their full-frame camera

The new Sony α7R III is a lightweight and compact
full-frame camera designed for photographers and videographers. It has a 35 mm
full-frame, 42.4MP high-resolution, back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS image sensor
that using gapless on-chip lens design and AR (anti-reflective) coating on the
surface of the sensor’s seal glass. It's a technology used to dramatically
improve light collection efficiency that results in high sensitivity with
low-noise performance and wide dynamic range.
The α7R III also has 5-axis optical image
stabilization system, up to 10 fps with
continuous accurate AF / AE tracking, mechanical shutter, silent shooting mode,
up to 4K video recording, USB 3.1 Type-C, and WiFi.
