We already know that Nokia 9 has model numbers
TA-1042, TA-1005 and TA-1009. Now the smartphone with the model number TA-1005
has been certified by the FCC in the U.S. This reveals 128GB storage for the
version and Android 8.0 (Oreo).
This also 5.5-inch OLED screen from LG display,
making it the first Nokia Android smartphone with OLED screen, Snapdragon 835
Mobile Platform, 12-megapixel + 13MP dual rear cameras, 5-megapixel front
camera and a 3250mAh battery with support for fast charging. It also reveals
that the 128GB storage is from Samsung.
It doesn’t reveal the display resolution of the
phone or its aspect ratio and no details about RAM as well. It could come with
a Quad HD display, but it is not clear if it’ll have 18:9 aspect ratio, which is
a trend these days. It will likely come with a fingerprint sensor, but it is
not clear about the placement of it.
Since the phone has been certified, we can expect
the phone to go official sometime in early 2018.
