Little Pepper has just officially unveiled the
Little Pepper S11, an iPhone X Lookalike that appeared on Chinese certification
database some days ago.
The device from the design aspect of it is one that
is inspired by the iPhone X, that much is obvious. But unlike the iPhone X with
a notch on the display, the little pepper instead feature a top bezel with the
notch, creating an impression that the device is actually a full-screen device.
Additionally, the device also comes with a rear camera arrangement similar to
that of the iPhone X, while its fingerprint scanner lies below the display.
Though not stated on the specs sheet, the little pepper S11 appears to feature
a facial recognition feature, similar to the Face ID.
The little pepper S11 is powered by the MediaTek
MT6737 64-bit quad-core processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of
expandable storage (expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card). The phone has a
13 and 13-megapixel snappers vertically placed on its rear, while you will find
same dual camera setup within the notch above the display, but with two
5-megapixel snappers and a LED flash.
The device is powered by A 2,500mAh non-removable battery, while it boots
Alibaba’s Yun OS 5.1.1 based on Android OS out of the box. The device is
available only in Black and White color
options and is expected to go on sale in China in the coming few weeks. We
should get more details on pricing later on.
