The upcoming Chuwi CoreBook convertible 2-in-1
device is shaping out to be even better than it originally looked. The
Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign is going pretty well and just a while ago upon
reaching the US$ 100k stretch goal they announced a free upgrade from the original
6 GB RAM to 8 GB RAM capacity. And today they come bearing even better news and
gifts.
Today’s news are centered about another stretch
goal, this time the US$ 200k mark. And by reaching that they promised to fix the one
flaw i have personally pointed out in every single one of my previous articles
about it, the slow eMMC memory. If the crowdfunding stretch goal is going to be
met, then the 128 GB eMMC storage will get upgraded for free to 128 GB SSD
disk, which is just fantastic news. It would boost up the convertible tablet to
completely different sphere and it’s by all means a step in the right
direction.
Chuwi CoreBook will be featuring 13,3-inch fully
laminated FullHD display with 2.5D curved glass design, Intel Core M3-7Y30
processor, 8 GB RAM, fingerprint recognition scanner, detacheable chiclet
full-sized keyboard, battery with 12V/3A fast charging and Windows 10 as the
system. You can find the crowdfunding campaign on the Indiegogo website and the
CoreBook looks pretty promising to throw in your support.
