In October, OUKITEL released the world’s first
entry-level, full-screen device, the Oukitel C8, and it has been a hot-seller
since. However, the C8 doesn’t support 4G networks, limiting the user
experience for some of its users. For that reason, the company is ready to
bring to the market an upgraded version with LTE support, the Oukitel C8 4G.
As it name suggests, it is a 4G smartphone and
follows the design of C8. It sports a 5.5″ HD display with 18:9 aspect ratio to
provide a better grip with one hand. Also, it features the latest popular
glossy design on the back, with 5 colors available.
Unlike the C8 that featured the dated MT6580A
SoC, the C8 4G will run on MT6737 quad-core SoC along with 2GB of RAM and 16GB
of internal storage (expandable via microSD up to 64GB more). Of course,
Oukitel C8 4G will still run on Android 7 OS. Based on these specs, its retail
price will be just US$ 89.99. Presale is planned to start during the “11.11”
shopping festival and will surely offer astonishing wallet-friendly price which
will be lowest among its level.
