To follow-up the massive success of the
F5, OPPO has introduced the OPPO F5 Youth mid-range smartphone designed for the
younger generation. The the regular F5, the OPPO F5 Youth features the
company's new 6-inch FHD+ 18:9 screen and A.I. Beauty Recognition Technology.
In particular, OPPO highlights that the F5 Youth's
16MP selfie camera w/ A.I. can capture natural and great looking selfies most
of the time. It even has the the speedy Facial Unlock technology for
personalized security aside from the fingerprint scanner at the back.
Other specs includes an unspecified 2.5GHz 64-bit
octa-core processor (probably a Helio chip) and Android 7.1.1 Nougat w/ ColorOS
3.2 skin.

The OPPO F5 Youth will be available in the
Philippines on November 25. It is reportedly priced at just PHP 13,990. The
first 30 customers to purchase the F5 Youth will receive a Bluetooth headset
starting 3PM onwards on the day of the launch.
