Apple will apparently launch three new iPhones next
year, a new iPhone X Plus with a 6.5 inch display, a 5.8 inch iPhone X with an
OLED display, 6.1 inch iPhone with exactly the same design as the other two but
with an LCD display.
All three handsets will apparently have the same
design as the iPhone X and will have the notch at the top of the display. The
three devices will also come with Apple’s TrueDepth camera and FaceID. The LCD
model will be cheaper than the other two handsets. The news comes in a report
from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
Apple is obviously planning to use their iPhone X
design for next years handsets, this is something the company has done in the
past, keep the same design for a couple of years. Sales of Apple’s new iPhone
have been high and the handset is expected to be the company’s most popular
smartphone to date, despite its high US$ 999 price.
