Slightly earlier than Intel would have desired,
Skyworld has unveiled a new Windows 10 convertible laptop which is powered by
Intel’s new Gemini Lake processor. Intel is yet to formally launch the new next-generation
low-power Intel Gemini Lake processor, although the Chinese manufacturer has no
problem revealing a new notebook equipped with an Intel Celeron N4000 Gemini
Lake processor.
The system was spotted by Notebook Italia at the
HKTDC show in Hong Kong on the Shenzhen Skyworld Technology stand. The
convertible notebook is equipped with 64 GB of internal storage and the Intel
Gemini Lake processor is supported by 4 GB of RAM.
The new Intel Gemini Lake processors are expected to
provide up to 15 percent more performance than the current generation of Apollo
Lake chips. Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability
has been released as yet Skyworld, but as soon as information comes to light
from Intel about an official launch for Gemini , we will keep you updated as
always.
