As well as unveiling their new Sennheiser
headphones, the company has also unveiled a new set of earbuds in the form of
the Sennheiser IE 800 S which will be available later this month priced at US$ 1,000 or £ 870.
The handcrafted IE 800 S earbuds are equipped
with a refined version of Sennheiser’s proprietary Extra Wide Band (XWB)
drivers combined with proprietary 7-mm transducers in the company’s patented
dual-chamber absorber (D2CA) system.
