Electronics accessories maker Dodocool have a
plethora of products up their sleeves, today we have a look at the really
interesting Dodocool DC32 smart 3-outlet 4-port USB power strip.
The Dodocool DC32 is a super handy gadget for
anybody who owns lots of USB powered devices. The accessory does indeed come
with four USB ports, of which three are Type-A and one is USB Type-C, plus
there are three smart power outlets to fuel other more energy demanding devices.
The DC32 comes with surge protection, a technology
that attempts to limit the voltage supplied to an electric device by either
blocking or shorting to ground any unwanted voltages above a safe threshold,
which in this case is up to 400 joules. We then also find short circuit
protection, over current protection, overload protection, over voltage
protection and lastly over heating protection.
The USB Type-C port can output up to 30W and it
supports PD (power delivery), meaning that you can charge your MacBook and
other PD enabled devices. Meanwhile the maximum power the strip can achieve is
1100W.
