This Q4 of 2017, both brands are set to slug it out
with their new hero devices, the Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Plus and the Cloudfone
Next Infinity Quattro. Both are very interesting offerings packed with a near
bezel-less designs, 18:9 screen aspect ratio, and quad cameras.
Details on Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Plus are still very scarce for now. All we know is it'll be equipped with an 18:9
screen, quad camera setup, and a fingerprint scanner behind. But, based on our
research, the rendered image of the Flare S6 Plus is identical to Cubot X18. If
that's the case, then this handset could load with a 5.7 inch 18:9 screen with HD+
resolution. It is also rumored to be powered by MediaTek's MT6750T with real dual
camera support, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, and 3,200 mAh of battery.
On the other hand,
the Next Infinity Quattro is Cloudfone's upcoming top-of-the-line smartphone.
It is said to have gaming grade speed and selfie-focused features. It is
expected to arrive with a very stylish design and a bigger 6 inch 18:9 FHD+
curved screen.
We also speculate that it could load with MediaTek's
64 bit Helio P20 octa core processor with Mali T880 graphics and real dual camera
support. Why? Our source from Cloudfone claims that it is "capable of
running NBA 2K17 on ultra high settings" properly.
In addition, it also has four cameras. There's two
behind and two in front. It will also come with a revamped camera software with robust manual camera control with shutter speed adjustment. Unfortunately, that's
all we know so far. Stay tuned for the rest of the missing details and the
exact date of availability and official prices.
