Sony Xperia XZ1 debuted at IFA 2017 in the last days
of August. Several weeks later the phone is already available for purchase in
the US via Amazon.
Тhe Xperia XZ1 is the first device with Android Oreo
out of the box. It comes with a 5.2” LCD screen of Full HD resolution and
Snapdragon 835 chipset. The Motion Eye camera has the same sensor as the
flagship Xperia XZ Premium, but has been spiced up with a couple of extra
features.
The power key houses the fingerprint scanner but it
is disabled in the US due to ongoing patent issues. The Amazon-listed Xperia
XZ1 comes with two SIM slots for GSM/LTE networks, but you better check your
carrier's bands before purchasing.
The device is available in all four colors - Black,
Moonlit Blue, Venus Pink and Warm Silver for US$ 699.99.
