During the second quarter of 2018 Intel is expected
to update its Skull Canyon range of high performance NUC compact desktop
computers with three new models equipped with Coffee Lake-U silicon expanding
the range further. Although there will be no NUC Kaby Lake refresh.
Intel is apparently is preparing variants based on
28W TDP Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 ultra-low power processors, and
300-series chipset. The Core i3 based parts offer 4-core/4-thread CPU
configuration, while the Core i5 and Core i7 ones offer 4-core/8-thread
configurations, explains the Tech Power Up website.

Unfortunately, no information on pricing or
worldwide availability has been released as yet by Intel, but as soon as
