Microsoft has made available the Acer
Windows Mixed Reality Headset Developer Edition which is now available to
purchase price to US$ 299 and comes equipped with two high-resolution liquid crystal
displays providing users with a resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels.
The new headset is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0
connectivity and offers an affordable alternative to the Microsoft HoloLens
development edition kit which is priced at an eye watering US$ 3,000.
