XGIMI are synonymous with creating top of the range
home projector systems, but the companies latest products take hone cinemas to
the next level. If you love to watch movies, TV shows or even run your gaming
system through a home cinema system then you have probably either already
invested in a home projector system or have looked into it at some point.
XGIMI is a Chinese projector brand that has already
launched top end projectors around the globe with official stores on Amazon and
a popular Indiegogo project. This week XGIMI has launched three new products
for customers wanting the best of the best. The new range of projectors starts
with the A1, moving on to the A1 Pro and T1 projectors.
These new XGIMI projectors not only get an overhaul
in the hardware department but also feature an improved design which boasts
high-quality materials including metal and classy black walnut! If money is no
object then the XGIMI T1 is the laser projector that you’ll be looking at. The
T1 is a 4K dual-color laster projector boasting a 4000ANSI Lumen bulb for clear
viewing in all manor of lighting conditions.
XGIMI uses a true 4K lens offering an effective
full-screen resolution of 3840 x 2160 which is good for a 120inch projection
curtain. Tech features include motion compensation, HDR video decoding to offer
better detail and prevent trail smear and a more fluid effect. XGIMI has also
teamed with audio brand Harman Kardon bring surround sound to the T1 with 6
subwoofers.
Sitting in the midrange is the XGIMI A1 Pro with
1080p laster screen, and 3500ANSI Lumens brightness and is capable of
projecting a display of up to 100 inches. The A1 comes next with a similar
1080p resolution and 100inch capability but a slightly lower 3000ANSI Lumens
brightness.
XGIMI are marketing these 3
new laser projectors at the very top-end of the market and the pricing reflects
this. Pricing starts at 22,999 Chinese Yuan which is around US$ 3380 for the
A1. The A1 Pro sees a higher price of 29,999 Yuan or US$ 4400 while the top of
the line XGIMI T1 weighs in at 79,999 Yuan, or a heat attack inducing US$ 11760. XGIMI has details of the current range of projectors on its website, but
currently there are no details of the new devices, however, they have released
the following demo videos.
