If the laptop that you’re looking for is geared more
towards business use and less for regular or student usage, then you’ll be
pleased to learn that Lenovo has announced the ThinkPad T570 laptop, thus
expanding the company’s series of ThinkPad laptops that have been designed for
business users in mind.
How is this, you ask? Basically if you’re a business
user who requires security and privacy features, the Thinkpad T570 will come
with a fingerprint sensor and an IR camera to help provide more secure login
options. It also comes with an impressive 16 hour battery life which means that
you can be out all day and don’t have to worry about recharging.
Under the hood, users can expect to find the latest
Intel Core i processors and up to 32GB of DDR4 RAM. Users can also configure up
to a 1TB OPAL2 PCIe-NVMe M.2 TLC for storage, and it will also come with
Windows 10 Pro. There will also be a discrete GPU in the form of the NVIDIA
GeForce 940MX with 2GB of VRAM.
Its display is also of the 15.6-inch FHD variety,
but there’s also a non-touch version that can be configured to have an UHD
resolution. It is priced starting at US$ 949 and available for purchase
come February, 2017.
