Asus has finally announced the ZenFone 4 Max, successor of last year’s
Zenfone 3 Max in Russia. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display,
comes in Snapdragon 425 or Snapdragon 430 versions and runs on Android 7.0
Nougat with Zen UI on top. It has 13-megapixel rear camera with a 80-degree
lens, PDAF for quick focus in 0.03 seconds and a secondary camera with a
120-degree wide-angle lens for capturing landscape and group shots.
There is also an 8-megapixel front-facing camera
with Selfie flash, 85-degree wide-angle lens with support for 140-degree selfie
panorama. It packs a huge 5000mAh built-in battery that promises up to 46 days
of standby time on LTE, up to 40 hours of talk time on 3G and up to 22 hours of
video playback. It has OTG support to charge other devices easily.
It has an unibody metal design and comes with
dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the
front that can unlock the phone in 0.3 seconds.
