Over the past week or so, we’ve seen a few leaks
that suggested that Sony is preparing to launch a new color option for the
PlayStation 4 Slim. Gold. I’m not sure how many people want a gold PS4, but
Sony thinks there’s going to be demand for it. And now the company has
officially announced the limited edition gold PlayStation 4 Slim.
It will be a limited edition model so if you want
one, you should probably not waste any time and get one asap. We have no idea
how many units Sony is going to ship of this gold PS4. The gold PlayStation 4
Slim has 1TB of internal storage aside from its bling bling gold color. Other
than the color, it’s the same PlayStation 4 that we all have. This one is just
gold.
Sony is going to sell this console for US$249.
That’s a $50 discount compared to the normal retail price of US$ 299.9 9. Since it
is only going to be sold for a limited time, you might want to hurry. Sony will sell the gold PS4 Slim between June 9th and June 17th and will also
offer additional discounts on software and accessories during this period.
There is a matching controller too.
