New tablets are still appearing in China with low
price and equipped with SoC Mediatek that integrate 4G-LTE modems.
Here is the new Hipo M109 a low price computer
that works under Android 6.0 and that at least has 2GB of RAM and an IPS screen
with a fairly decent resolution regarding some models we have already seen
here. Otherwise a fairly generic model that does not stand out especially in
anything and in which surely the software updates shine by their absence.
Hipo M109 includes the SoC Quad Core MT6735 with ARM
Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.5Ghz and a MALI-T720mp3 GPU. We
also find a battery of 4500mha, GPS, FM radio, Wi-Fi 802.11n Dual Band,
Bluetooth 4.0 and a modem with support for 4G-LTE, GSM and CMDA networks. The
RAM is 2GB and the storage of 16GB eMMc. The screen is a 10.1-inch IPS with a
resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels that is accompanied by a camera of 0.3MP while
in the back we find a 2.0MP. As for connectivity we find DUAL SIM slots, a
microSD card reader, a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port for data and
charge.
The operating system is Android 6.0 and its design
little to emphasize since it is the typical that we find in this segment of
tablets. The Hipo M109 tablet can be purchased at Gearbest.com for about €
111.14 (US$ 123) but will not be available until mid-June.
