Dell has this week unveiled a new 4K Ultra HD
ultra-short throw laser projector in the form of the Dell Advanced 4K Laser
Projector reference: S718QL.
The short throw technology included in the laser
projector is capable of creating a 100-inch image from just 4 inches away from
the wall. Together with the low maintenance laser which has been designed to
provide up to 10 years of use if used regularly but eight hours a day
eliminating the need to replace lamps.
Dell Advanced 4K Laser Projector (S718QL) will be
available to purchase from July 19th onwards priced at US$ 5,999. Dell explains
more in their press release: Dell’s Advanced 4K Laser Projector is designed for
board rooms, classrooms, and anywhere users need to project vibrant images that
are visible even in the daytime. With true 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR
compatibility, you can enjoy 8.3M pixels of eye-popping color.
Designed for collaboration, the Dell Advanced 4K
Laser Projector allows presenters to connect using a wide variety of devices
and formats. Presenters can use an office network to project wirelessly from up
to four different devices simultaneously or run Microsoft Office and 4K
multimedia files directly from a USB, while Bluetooth connectivity enables
audio from Bluetooth-compatible sound systems, no wires necessary.
