A possible new addition to the Lenovo range of
IdeaPad systems has been leaked this week thanks to details of the new Lenovo
IdeaPad 720S which comes equipped with a 14-inch display finished with thin
bezels and offers a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Internally the Lenovo IdeaPad 720S is fitted with an
Intel Core i5-7200U processor supported by 8GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX
graphics with 256GB of PCIe solid state storage. Together with a backlit
keyboard and a 56 Wh battery capable of providing up to 8 hours from a single
charge.
Other features include a Thunderbolt 3/USB Type-C
port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x HDMI and a handy SD card reader for further
expansion and storage if desired. Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide
availability has been released.
