It’s been almost a year since the highly successful
Vivo X9 was unveiled in gold and rose gold color options and now Vivo decided
to add a Matte Black option. The Vivo X9 Matte Black variant comes with the same price tag as its
other color options were launched with at 2798 Yuan (US$ 406) and surely
looks impressive.
It boasts a more premium, sleek design and it packs
a JDI display (in comparison to the Super AMOLED display of the Gold/Rose Gold
variants) but it also has minor differences in its dimensions (0,27 mm
thicker). It retains all those mid-range specs we all loved during the past
months, such as Snapdragon 625 SoC clocked @ 2 GHz, 4GB RAM, 64GB of storage and
a 3050 mAh battery with impressive stand by times.
It boasts a dual selfie camera in front (its most
significant feature) with two sensors at 20MP+8MP and a 16MP rear facing camera
with LED flash. It packs an impressive AK4376 HiFi chip for high quality audio,
runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Vivo’s FunTouch 3.0 UI on top.
