Nintendo has released the NES
compact version of the legendary eight-console 1983, containing the complete 30
cult games such as The Legend of Zelda, Super Mario Bros. 3, Metroid,
Castlevania, Final Fantasy and others.
The device turned out to be so popular
that the entire first batch was sold in the first days of sales. According to
market research firm The NPD, NES Classic Mini became the third best-selling
console in January this year, overtaking the popularity of an unsuccessful
commercially Wii U. In this period, the best NES Classic Mini only sold
PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Despite such a high demand for NES Classic Mini, the
network has information that Nintendo plans to stop selling the console.
According to several European retailers, in March and April will be the last
NES Classic Mini deliveries, after which stores will sell the remaining stocks.
It is possible that Nintendo simply does not want to interfere with this
