Homtom has announced Homtom HT30 and Homtom HT37. Both phones belong to the ultra budget segment of
the market the moment you look at the processor used, the fan
favourite MT6580 striking back. So the mobile data will be limited to 3G only.
Both also have the same 8 Mpix rear and 5 Mpix front cameras and fingeprint
scanners, which is a nice addition for such cheap phones.
The difference comes with the display and design,
Homtom HT30 uses 5,5-inch 2.5D screen and quite uniqie fluff paint back case
for soft and spongy handling feeling. Homtom HT37 sports only
5-inch 2.5D screen, but has double speaker setup for better audio and colorful
breathing lights on the body. It’s also special with the OS, because it’s first
Homtom product to use their own special HT OS.
Both models should be available in the market very
soon and the pricing will be surely set fairly low to stay competitive. For
