Acer has expanded its Spin range of ultra-portable
laptops in India with the launch of 'Spin 3' Windows 10 two-in-one priced at
Rs. 42,999 in India. The latest convertible laptop, already available via
retail channels, comes with a 360-degree hinge. Further, the Acer Spin 3 sports
a 15.6-inch HD (768x1366 pixels) touchscreen IPS display with Acer Color
Intelligence support.
The Acer Spin 3 runs Windows 10 and comes with the
sixth-generation Intel Core i3 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. The laptop packs
4GB of DDR4 RAM and has 500GB of HDD storage. The company says that Acer Spin 3
provides up to 10 hours of battery backup. The laptop has a backlit keyboard
with a 1.6 mm keystroke for comfortable typing, as per company's release.
The laptop comes with dual USB 3.1 Type-C ports that
allow quick data transfers, connection to an external display, and can also be
used to charge the notebook. The Acer Spin 3 comes with a glass trackpad and
has support for Dolby Audio Premium and Acer TrueHarmony in terms of audio department.
The laptop also features an HD webcam with support for HDR imaging. It also
packs Wi-Fi 802.11ac.
The Acer Spin 3 provides users with the option to
use the laptop in four different modes including laptop, tablet, display, or
tent as per their requirement. The 2x2 MU-MIMO 802.11ac technology supports up
to two data streams in each direction for improved wireless performance. The
Acer Spin 3 also comes with a Skype for Business Certification, which means
that the laptop meets all the specifications required for the service.
