LeEco now
working on the LeEco LEX659, i.e., the Le 2S Dual with dual rear cameras.
According to a listing found online, the LeEco Le 2S
Dual will come with a pair of 13 mega-pixel cameras on the rear to put it at
par with other dual rear camera phones on the market. On the front, it’ll have
a rather hefty (resolution wise) 12 mega-pixel sensor. Besides, it’ll be powered
by the MediaTek Helio X25 SoC.
It gets more interesting when we get to the price
point — the phone’s expected to cost 1000 yuan, or US$ 145. This will make the
LeEco Le 2S Dual one of the most affordable dual rear camera phones on the
market.
The phone is expected to feature a 5.5-inch display
with a 1080p resolution. There’s no news on an official launch date, but you
can expect to see the phone in the coming weeks.
