Shuttle DX30 Mini PC
Mini PC manufacturer Shuttle has unveiled
a new addition to their range with the launch of the Shuttle DX30 mini PC which
takes the form of a fanless system which is equipped with an Intel Celeron
J3355 dual-core Apollo Lake processor.
Even though the Shuttle DX30 has a very small fall
factor measuring jest 7.5 x 6.5 x 1.7 inches in size it is capable of
supporting up to 3 external displays and is equipped with a cooled heat pipe
system rather than a traditional fan.
Internally there is space for up to 8GB of RAM
thanks to 2 x DDR3L-1600 SODIMM slots and either a hard drive or SSD can be
fitted, as well as connections for M.2 Type M and Type A/E storage and/or
wireless cards.
Other features of the system include 1 x Gigabit
Ethernet port, 1 x DisplayPort, 1 x HDMI, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports,
1 x SD card reader, 1 x PS/2 port , 2 x COM ports, mic and audio and option to
add a VGA output if required. Unfortunately no information on pricing or
worldwide availability has been released as yet Shuttle for the DX30 but as
soon as more details are confirmed by Shuttle we will keep you up-to-date as
