Reliance Digital has added yet another budget
smartphone to its range of 4G-enabled LYF smartphones before the year draws to
a close. The smartphone, called LYF Water 3, has been priced at Rs 6,599. The
LYF Water 3 is available online exclusively on Flipkart and will come with the
Reliance Jio Happy New Year Offer that is valid till March 31, 2017 and offers
unlimited voice calls, data, and access to Jio content.
The LYF Water 3 features a 5.5-inch HD display offering
1280 x 720 pixel resolution. At its heart, Qualcomm MSM8939 octa-core processor
clocked at 1.5 Ghz paired with Adreno A405 3D GPU and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone
comes with 16GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 32GB via
microSD card.
In terms of photography, the smartphone features a
13-megapixel rear camera with flash along with a 5-megapixel front snapper for
selfies. Keeping the smartphone ticking is a 3,000 mAh battery which is claimed
to offer talktime up of to 6 hours. On the software front, the LYF Water 3 runs
the older Android 5.0 Lollipop OS. Connectivity options include dual SIM
support (4G+2G), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, 4G VoLTE support and GPS.
