HP ProBook x360 11 Education Edition
HP has announced the launch of the new ProBook x360
11 Education Edition rugged convertible laptop. It comes packed with an
11.6-inch (1366 x 768) touchscreen, powered by a Pentium N4200 or Intel Celeron
N3350 processor, an 8GB RAM and 256 GB of inbuilt storage.
This laptop is
covered with an industrial rubber casing and can be customized with extra
Gorilla Glass 4-strengthened panel for extra durability. The ProBook
X360 comes with an inbuilt app called as “Take a Test” that basically recreates
the modern test taking procedure. This app creates a browser-based, locked-down
environment for more secure, online assessments, that won’t have copy/paste
option and access to other files.
There is another app namely “Set up
School PCs” that helps them set up devices in three easy steps, even with no
dedicated IT support. Also, this laptop comes with is powered by a battery that
offers up to 11 hours of power in single charge. Further, it comes equipped
with a USB Type C, 2 USB 3.0 ports, a headphone jack, Ethernet and a MicroSD
reader.
The HP ProBook x360 11 Education Edition will be
available at US$ 329 from December 16.
