Doogee Shoot 1

The new Doogee Shoot 1 looks more interesting than the previous budget options, at least on paper.

Well the basic hardware looks pretty much like the standard stuff with 5,5-inch display with FullHD resolution and minimal bezels, metal body, MT6737T processor, 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of storage, above average 3,300 mAh battery and Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the OS. One extra positive is the front DTouch fingeprint sensor, but the real kicker should come with the cameras.

The dual camera design is vertical as opposed to any model by the competition and the secondary camera actually packs some decent MPix rate. Main one uses 13 Mpix Samsung S5K3L8 sensor with PDAF support and the secondary unknown 8 Mpix chip responsible for the capturing the depth information. Dual LED flash is a given too and it’s easy to select the desired blur and focus with just a simple touch. Front selfie cam is fairly okay 8 Mpix shooter considering the budget segment and it can use the fingeprint sensor as a shutter.

Best thing comes with the announced exclusive presale available on Geekbuying for the Doogee Shoot 1, because with US$ 99.99 price tag it can really do quite some damage in the market.
