Asus ZenPad Z10 tablet
Asus and Verizon have
unveiled a new Android tablet, and this one is exclusive to the carrier
nicknamed Big Red. It's called Asus ZenPad Z10 ZT500KL, and it comes with a
9.7-inch 2048x1536 touchscreen.
It's powered by Qualcomm's
Snapdragon 650 chipset, which boasts a hexa-core CPU and Adreno 510 GPU. The
tablet has 3 GB of RAM, dual stereo speakers with DTS-HD support, 4G LTE, a USB
Type-C port, 32 GB of expandable storage, an 8 MP rear camera, a 5 MP
front-facing unit, and a 7,800 mAh battery. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow
with ZenUI on top.
It's available today if
you want to buy it online from Verizon, and will be in stores on October 13.
You can pay US$ 329.99 to get it outright, or grab it with a device payment plan for US$ 0 upfront then followed by 24 monthly installments of US$ 13.74. The only color
option is Slate Gray.
