LG X power (UK)
The LG X power is now up for grabs in
the UK, in SIM-free and unlocked form. Currently only one online retailer seems
to have it in stock, and that is Unlocked Mobiles. This is where you can
purchase the X power for £ 199.98 with next day delivery in the UK.
The phone will soon be
available from other companies too. The X power was announced at the end of May
in Ukraine, where it was going to be priced at around US$ 200 or €180. So you are
paying more for it if you're in the UK (its price in pounds translates into
approximately € 239), but that's not out of the ordinary in the mobile world.
The X power's main claim to fame is its
big 4,100 mAh battery. This is paired with mid-range specs otherwise - a
5.3-inch 720p touchscreen, a 13 MP main camera, a 5 MP selfie cam, the MediaTek
MT6735 SoC with a 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of
expandable storage. It runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
