Firefly Mobile Aurii Secret and Aurii
Secret Lite
The Philippines-based handset maker,
Firefly Mobiles has introduced the two new smartphones in the line of
Aurii-series named as Firefly Aurii Secret and Aurii Secret Lite. Both
smartphones come with an Aerospace-grade aluminium metal frame design and runs
on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box with a flip to mute calls,
smart lock, battery doze mode and customizable system fonts. The Firefly Aurii
Secret smartphone is the premium looking device with 4G LTE network, and
another one is limited to 3G connectivity.
The device comes with a 5.0-inch IPS OGS
10-point multi-touch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is protected
by Coring Gorilla Glass3 for minor drops and smudges. It offers a 294 PPI of
pixel density and 16M colours. Under the hood, it comes packed with a 64-bit true
octa-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz paired with 2 GB of RAM that will
provide a flawless multitasking when you browse the internet, watch movies,
play games.
The Firefly Mobile Aurii Secret supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE connectivity. There
is a 16 GB of internal memory that can further be expanded up to 128 GB via
microSD card slot. The other connectivity options on the device include 3G
HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB port, Wi-Fi, GPS / A-GPS and 3.5 mm audio jack.
It is backed by a 3,450 mAh Lithium Polymer battery with 1.5A fast charging
support that is rated to deliver more than a day of daily usage.
The
device packed with a 13-megapixel autofocus primary camera with Sony IMX258,
f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone LED flash which can record videos in 1080p at 30
frames per second. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel secondary camera for
selfies and video chats. As of now, there is no pricing & availability of
the smartphone. It will be available for purchase authorized online retailer
stores from September 2016.
Aurii Secret Lite is the lighter version of the
Firefly Aurii Secret and has a similar specifications except camera,
processor and storage options. The device comes relies on quad-core processor
that clocks at 1.3 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM. There is a 8 GB of internal
memory with the expansion up to 128 GB based on microSD card slot.
It has a 13-megapixel image sensor on
back with Sony IMX149 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 80.6-degrees, 5-layer super wide
angle lens and dual LED flash. On the front, there is a 5-megapixel front
facing camera with 78-degrees wide angle lens with LED flash for capturing
selfie images and talking video chats. the device is available for purchase on
online retailer stores with the price tag of just PHP 3,499 (approx. Rs. 5052
in India) with included freebies.
