Alcatel Streak
Alcatel, the international arm of TCL,
have released a super affordable smartphone for U.S customers costing only US$ 29.99. The Alcatel Streak won’t be setting any benchmark figures on fire, but
it will likely act as the perfect smartphone new smartphone users, or those who
simply want a cheap device to keep connected with.
The 4.5-inch phone, get’s a FWVGA
display, 1.1 Ghz Snapdragon 210 chipset, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB memory and the option to
use up to 128 GB SD cards.
Android 6.0 comes on the phone, which is
powered by a 1,780 mAh battery (it sounds small but should handle the basic
hardware needs well). Cameras include a 5 mega-pixel rear and 2 mega-pixel
front. The device will be available for Cricket Wireless users and at less than US$ 30 the phone is sure to find plenty of buyers.
