Bluboo Picasso
Bluboo’s entry to the budget smartphone
market is the Picasso and it will be available to pre-order from the 10th March
from just US$ 69.99.
Bluboo plans to sell the Picasso for a
full price of US$ 99.99 once the phone is available in shops, but as an incentive
to buyers who want the phone early a special pre-order price of US$ 69.99 has been
set.
Specs for the phone include a quad-core
Mediatek MT6580 chipset, 3G, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, 8 mega-pixel front
and rear cameras, 2,500 mAh battery and a suspended 5-inch HD display.
Bluboo claims the suspended design,
inspired by the OnePlus One, can reduce screen damage by as much as 70%, but
aren’t taking any chances so have spec’d a Corning Gorilla Glass panel.
