Panasonic P66 Mega
Panasonic P66 Mega is the latest
smartphone from the company to launch in the Indian market. It comes with a big
bezels on all the four sides making it bigger in size even for a 5-inch screen
size. The device supports dual SIM’s but lacks the 4G LTE or else this might be
a better choice than the other devices at this price range.
The device sports a 5-inch HD (1280x
720) IPS display and comes with customized Icon UI based on Android 5.1
Lollipop. Under the hood is the unknown quad-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz.
It has 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card slot.
The device supports dual SIM dual standby and supports only 3G and 2G networks.
It has an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash
and a 5 MP front camera. The USP of the device is its 3,200 mAh battery that can
easily pass through a single day of usage. Even with a 5-inch display, the P66
Mega measures 142.5 x 70.9 x 8.4 mm. According to the company, the device is
said to support 21 Indian regional languages.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. It will be available in the colors : Electric Blue, Rose Gold, and Russet Brown. Panasonic is available to
purchase at Rs. 7,990 and the company is also offering a screen guard and a
back cover for free along with the smartphone.
