Lava A71 4G
Lava A71 is the latest entry-level
smartphone from the company launched in India today. This is the most
affordable 4G LTE smartphone from Lava priced at Rs. 6,499. It comes with an
alloy frame around the device and a polycarbonate back cover. The device runs
on Android 5.1 Lollipop and is mentioned to receive the latest Android 6.0
Marshmallow update.
It sports a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720
pixels) display and is powered by a MediaTek quad-core processor clocked at
1.5 GHz. There is 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal storage, and a MicroSD card slot
for storage expansion. Talking about the camera, it has a 5 MP rear camera with
LED flash and autofocus. The 2 MP selfie camera on the Lava A71 also sports an
LED flash for capturing the selfies in the low-light conditions.
The device supports dual SIM dual
standby and is backed by a 2,500 mAh removable battery. Connectivity options
include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. At this
same price, last week the same company has launched the Lava X3 smartphone
which lacks the 4G LTE support. The device with a different design but sports
almost same specifications and even has 2 GB of RAM compared to the 1 GB of RAM
on Lava A71.
The Lava A71 comes
available in Blue & Silver and is already listed on an online store for a
lower price of Rs. 5,849.
