ZTE T230
ZTE had launched some good high-end
devices under the sub-brands Nubia and Axon. The company hasn’t left out the
budget-centric consumers and also launched few ultra low-cost smartphones like
ZTE Prestige priced at US$ 50. The ZTE Mighty 3C is one of the best entry-level
smartphones available for just US$ 79. At this price, the device packs a
Snapdragon 210 processor and a large 2,500 mAh battery.
Now a new device called ZTE T230 was
spotted on the company’s Australian website. Unlike the Mighty 3C, the T230
sport much lower specifications. It comes with a 4-inch TFT display with WVGA
resolution and is powered by Spreadtrum SC7731 quad-core processor. The device
has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage also includes MicroSD card slot.
With such a low RAM, we can expect the
device to lag while multitasking between the apps. It has a 5 MP rear camera,
VGA front camera, and a 1,400 mAh removable battery. The device lacks the 4G LTE
connectivity but offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, and MicroUSB port. It
measures 11.5 mm thick and weighs 110 grams.
It runs on the outdated Android 4.4
Kitkat there is no information regarding the Lollipop update.
