Intex Aqua Air II
Intex after launching the Cloud 4G last
week has now unveiled a new entry-level Aqua Air II smartphone. Priced at Rs.
4,690, the Intex Aqua Air II is now listed on the company site and can be
expected to be available in the market soon.
The Aqua Air II is a dual-SIM smartphone
running dated Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. It features a 5-inch FWVGA
(480x854 pixels) TFT display and also sports Corning Gorilla Glass for
protection from scratches. Powered by a dual-core MediaTek MT6572W processor
clocked at 1.2 GHz, the Aqua Air II comes with 1 GB of RAM.
The latest Intex smartphone sports a
2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.
It bears 8 GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 32 GB (via microSD
card).
Measuring 145.5 x 72.8 x 9.9 mm and weighing
154 grams, the Intex Aqua Air II's connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth, Micro-USB, and GPS. A 2,300 mAh battery backs the handset, rated to
deliver up to 4 hours of talk time on 3G network, and up to 6 hours of talk
time on 2G network. It will be available in a Grey colour variant.
