The device is powered by MediaTek MT6582M quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM
memory. The internal storage of BenQ B505 is 8 GB and it has a microSD slot for
further storage expansion.
The
rear-facing camera of BenQ B505 is a 5-megapixel shooter with LED flash and
auto focus alongside a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Both front and
rear-facing cameras feature CMOS image sensor for better image quality. Other
notable features of BenQ B505 are USB OTG, multiple sensors,
3.5 mm audio jack, microUSB port, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz).
The
