Micromax Canvas Mega 4G Q417
Micromax
has launched new handsets in India under Canvas Mega series. Fighting for the
second spot in the Indian smartphone market, Micromax has
launched Canvas Mega 4G Q417 at Rs 10,999 prices, respectively. Earlier, the Canvas
Mega 4G Q417 was listed by Flipkart and thus was already out in the world. But
now the company has given it the official stamp.
The
Mega 4G Q417, the name itself suggest that this handset does come with a 4G LTE
network support, which is a good thing. But priced at Rs 10,999, which might be
still a huge amount for people looking to get mid-range handsets with good
specifications. The main attraction on this handset apart from 4G connectivity
is the 3 GB of RAM.
The
Canvas Mega 4G Q417 is powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT 6735 chipset clocking
at 1.4 GHz. It has 16 GB of internal storage and has a similar 5.5-inch 720p
display. But unfortunately, it has a
small 2,500 mAh battery, which might not be a good fit for such large sized
device. Sporting the similar camera package, 13-megapixel on rear and
5-megapixel on the front, these are the two new handsets by the company, which
would be competing with the likes of Lenovo K3 Note and Obi Worldphone SF1.
