Yamada Denki EveryPhone

Japanese company Yamada Denki recently announced the EveryPhone, one of Japan's first handsets to run Windows 10 out of the box. What's interesting about this device is that it's the thinnest Windows-based smartphone to date, thanks to the fact that it measures 154.8 mm x 78.6 mm x 6.9 mm. Previously, the title of thinnest Windows Phone handset belonged to the Nokia Lumia 830, which, at 8.5 mm, isn't really that thin compared to many other smartphones out there.

Thinness aside, the Yamada Denki EveryPhone is a rather modest device. Powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, the handset sports a 5.5-inch display with 720 x 1280 pixels, and has two color version: black and white. The EveryPhone also features LTE connectivity, a 13 MP rear camera with dual LED flash, 5 MP font-facing camera, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable internal memory, and a 2600 mAh battery.

In Japan, the EveryPhone costs 39,800 JPY (US$ 324), that's more than what you'd expect to pay for a smartphone of this caliber in other parts of the world.
